teri portrait.2.rs.Kristen Gygi teaches emotional mastery. She specializes in the evaporation of stress and anxiety for her clients, particularly performance anxiety, thus enabling reconnection with peace and joy. She discovered Human Software Engineering (HSE) in 2008, and has been debugging enthusiastically ever since. She loves how HSE can transform confusion into clarity in a matter of minutes.

Kristen spent several years staffing workshops and training in the human development industry. She had a wonderful time and watched her life change in many ways, yet she still felt stuck in certain areas. It was only after finding HSE that she found the tools to overcome any challenge.

Additionally, as a certified Sacred Gift Guide, Kristen helps people identify and understand their own unique combination of gifts, enabling them to focus on what they do best and what they find most satisfying. This focus facilitates living a life that is truly joyous and rewarding. Sacred Gifts work is a perfect combination with Human Software Engineering, which provides the means to remove any barriers to living the life of one’s dreams.

One of Kristen’s favorite personal results from debugging is the complete elimination of any trace of performance anxiety. As a classically trained singer and flutist, Kristen has performed with many ensembles, including the Philadelphia Orchestra and the New York Philharmonic, in venues ranging from Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, and Madison Square Garden, in NYC, to the Palacio de Bellas Artes in Mexico City, to a natural red rock grotto on the banks of the Colorado River. Kristen will happily facilitate overcoming performance anxiety for anyone.

In the corporate world, Kristen has also worked for many companies including Snowbird Ski & Summer Resort, Estee Lauder Corporation, Duracell Global headquarters & the New York Stock Exchange. She spent a year in Xalapa, Veracruz teaching flute lessons in Spanish and eating some of the best avocados on the planet.
